Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) is a dba of WABC Coaches Inc, a privately held corporation duly incorporated under the laws of Canada and led by its full-time president and chief executive officer (CEO). The president and CEO is responsible for strategic planning and global marketing for the Association. Staff maintain daily business activities that support WABC programs and services.

Other advisory and leadership groups respond to key Association initiatives. Members also influence Association decisions through on-going feedback requests, online discussions and surveys.

An integral part of the Association's structure includes links to strategic alliances. Strategic alliances provide complementary professional, focused and quality expertise that benefit and service the interests of members.
