Our Terms and Policies will be updated as our organization evolves. WABC Coaches Inc. (hereafter called "WABC") reserves the right to change the Terms and Policies at any time, and solely at our discretion. If possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes. However, it is your responsibility to check back here regularly. 


Terms and Conditions of Use

Your Agreement
By accessing and using our Websites, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with all our terms and policies, or any posted amendments to our terms and policies, please do not use our Websites. 

WABC Coaches Inc. (hereafter called "WABC") reserves the right to change these terms, conditions and policies at any time, and solely at its discretion. If possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes. However, it is your responsibility to check these terms, conditions and policies regularly. Your continued use of our Websites after we have made changes signifies that you accept the changes, whether or not you have actually reviewed them. 

Scope of Terms and Conditions 
These terms, conditions and policies apply to your use of any and all of the Websites, now, previously and/or to be owned or operated by WABC Coaches Inc., its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies (collectively referred to in these Terms and Policies as the "Websites").

Restrictions on Use of Materials
The contents of our Websites are protected under copyright and trademark laws of Canada and other countries. The display of any materials on our Websites does not imply that a license of any kind has been granted by or to anyone else. The information contained in our Websites is for your limited personal use only. You are not entitled to share our posted materials with any other person, by any means, whether for personal gain or not. You may not amend or alter the material on our Websites in any way. Any unauthorized use, downloading, re-transmission or other copying or modification of the contents of our Websites could subject you to legal action.

These terms and conditions apply only to our Websites. Any links we provide from or to websites outside our Websites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or suitability of other websites for a specific purpose, nor are we responsible for the consequences or results of using them. The appearance of a link to or from another website does not constitute our endorsement of the website or the products, information or services contained in it. We are not liable for any loss arising out of use of, or inability to use, this information, or for any action or decision you take because of relying on the websites or information contained in them, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential damage. You should not assume that linked websites abide by the same privacy policy that we adhere to, as set out below. Please direct your questions or concerns to the webmaster of the linked websites. 

You may link to the public pages of our Website provided you do not do so in a deceptive manner (this includes but is not limited to use of frames, meta tags, hidden text, misleading text, or text that incorporates Our Trademarks or Name without express written consent). Comments and Feedback
Throughout our Websites, we ask for comments and feedback in a continuing attempt to improve our Websites and provide quality information and better service to our members and other users. Consequently, while we welcome your comments and feedback, we deem any submissions of this kind to have been offered freely and without expectation of payment. In addition, by submitting comments and feedback to us, you are representing to us that these are your own, and that no other person or entity has a claim to or a proprietary interest in those comments and feedback. Any submissions of this kind shall become our property. We will be the sole owners of all rights and interest in these comments and feedback worldwide. We are also entitled, without any obligation or payment to you, to use, without any restrictions, any or all of the comments and feedback for any purpose, at our sole discretion. You acknowledge that no fiduciary or confidential relationship now exists between you and us, and that no such relationships are established between you and us by reason of your sending to us your submissions of this kind. 

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
In this section, any reference to WABC includes our affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents. 

We maintain our Websites as a service to WABC members and members of the public who wish to obtain information about business coaching. In addition to the specific disclaimers below, and to any other disclaimers set out elsewhere in the Websites, we advise that, while we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date material, the information presented on our Websites is:

  • intended to be of a general nature and is not intended to address the specific circumstances of any particular person or entity;  
  • provided on an "as is, where is" basis, and we makes no warranties, representations or endorsements of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties as to merchantability, operation, usefulness, completeness, accuracy, currentness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose;

  • occasionally linked to external websites over which we have no control and for which we assume no responsibility;

Certain jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential damages.   • Coach Directory (members' version)
    This directory lists only participating WABC members, not all members.

    This directory lets the public search for individual business coaches they might want to hire (the public has access to some search fields). This directory also lets WABC members search for individual business coaches they might want to contact on a professional basis (members have access to many search fields). The public and WABC members may not use the information in this directory for any other purposes, including commercial, marketing, solicitation, fundraising or research purposes. Any distribution, copying or disclosure of this information is strictly prohibited. Although we have qualifying standards for membership, and require members to provide proof of educational degrees and professional designations should they choose to list those credentials in material containing WABC trademarks, we do not personally review the competence and performance of individual coaches. You are responsible for investigating the performance and suitability of any member yourself.

    By entering and using the WABC Coach Directory, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, of any nature, that may arise from your using the information provided.

  • Coach Directory (public version)
    This directory lists only participating WABC members, not all members.

    This directory lets you search for individual business coaches you might want to hire. You may not use the information in this directory for any other purposes, including commercial, marketing, solicitation, fundraising or research purposes. Any distribution, copying or disclosure of this information is strictly prohibited.

    Although we have qualifying standards for membership, and require members to provide proof of educational degrees and professional designations should they choose to list those credentials in material containing WABC trademarks, we do not personally review the competence and performance of individual coaches. You are responsible for investigating the performance and suitability of any potential coach yourself.

    By entering and using the WABC Coach Directory, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, of any nature, that may arise from your using the information provided.
     
  • Member Look-up  (members' version)
    This directory lists all WABC members.

    This directory lets the public check an individual's membership status and credentials by name. This directory also lets WABC members search for individual business coaches they may wish to contact on a professional basis by accessing many search fields. You may not use the information in this directory for any other purposes, including commercial, marketing, solicitation, fundraising or research purposes. Any distribution, copying or disclosure of this information is strictly prohibited.

    Although we have qualifying standards for membership, and require members to provide proof of educational degrees and professional designations should they choose to list those credentials in material containing WABC trademarks, we do not personally review the competence and performance of individual coaches. You are responsible for investigating the performance and suitability of any member yourself.

    By entering and using the WABC Member Look-up service, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, of any nature, that may arise from your using the information provided.

  • Member Look-up (public version)
    This directory lists all WABC members.

    This directory lets you check an individual's membership status and credentials by name. You may not use the information in this directory for any other purposes, including commercial, marketing, solicitation, fundraising or research purposes. Any distribution, copying or disclosure of this information is strictly prohibited.

    Although we have qualifying standards for membership, and require members to provide proof of educational degrees and professional designations should they choose to list those credentials in material containing WABC trademarks, we do not personally review the competence and performance of individual coaches. You are responsible for investigating the performance and suitability of any potential coach yourself.

    By entering and using the WABC Member Look-up service, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, of any nature, that may arise from your using the information provided.

  • Members' Center (members' service)
    This portion of our website is presented as a service to our members. The material contained in the Members' Center is intended for information purposes only. While we have taken care to provide accurate material, this material is based on general research and personal experience and we do not guarantee its accuracy. We make no warranties as to the applicability of this material to a particular situation, and we cannot be held responsible for any decisions arising from the use of the data or any specific inferences or interpretations arising therefrom.

    Non-WABC resources that can be accessed through links contained in the Members' Center are not produced or maintained by WABC. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of these resources, or their suitability for a specific purpose, or for the consequences or results of using them. We are not liable for any loss arising out of use of this information, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential damage.

    The views and opinions expressed in the Members' Center are not necessarily those of WABC. Inclusion is not meant to be an endorsement.

  • Members' Collection (members' service)
    Our Members' Collection is established as a service to WABC members. The Members' Collection is a growing library of articles by members on a broad array of subjects. While we strongly prefer previously published articles, we will accept non-published articles as well. We will not pay you for articles submitted for inclusion in this library.

    Previously Published Articles
    Previously published articles submitted for consideration must be solely your own work and must be subject to a valid copyright in your favor and have borne a legal copyright notice. Additionally, you must have in your possession written proof that the prior publisher has granted permission to republish the article including the appropriate copyright notices.  

    Original and Unpublished Articles
    By submitting an original and unpublished article for consideration, you warrant that you are the sole author of the article, that it is wholly original, that you are the sole owner of any copyright and all other rights of any kind whatsoever with respect to the article (with the exception of citations from other published sources properly identified as such) and that the article does not violate any rights of other persons, including but not limited to copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

    If you are submitting a non-published article, we strongly encourage you to have an experienced proofreader review it before submitting it to us. The Members' Collection gives you an opportunity to reach out to our international membership, and you should present yourself in the most positive light. We will not take responsibility for proofreading or editing your work.

    Appropriate Content
    We are interested in informative and educational articles. We will not accept advertorial or promotional articles. You may include secondary reference to your product or service only if doing so clearly explains or complements the main focus of your article. Articles must not contain any obscene, blasphemous, libelous or defamatory material.

    Right of Refusal
    WABC reserves the right to refuse any articles that are not in keeping with our guidelines and policies.

    Permanent Inclusion
    All articles accepted into the Members' Collection will remain part of the Collection even if the author chooses not to renew his or her membership.  

  • Opportunities Alert! (members' service)
    Our Opportunities Alert! brings our members business-to-business, job and WABC community leads on a daily basis. Messages posted to our Alert! are the sole responsibility of the person who posted the message. We maintain no control over the content of any message posted by a WABC member or a third party, and we disclaim any warranty as to the accuracy, integrity or completeness of any such message. Further, we make no warranties that the content of any message posted to Opportunities Alert! will meet your needs or be fit for a specific purpose. Because we are not responsible for content provided by third parties, you agree to obtain and use the information at your own risk. If you have a dispute with a third party as a result of a message posted on Opportunities Alert!, you expressly release us, our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims or causes of action of any kind arising from or connected with your dispute or with your use of this service or the information it contains.

  • Peer Resources Library (members' service)
    Peer Resources provides an up to date compilation of coaching literature drawn from over 20,000 database sources around the world. While we have made every attempt to accurately identify the works in this library, citation errors are possible. If you need to ensure the accuracy of the source material, you should locate the original source. Article summaries have been created to match the interests, issues and concerns associated with business coaching and coaches. The summaries are based on an objective examination of the original source where possible. Neither Peer Resources nor WABC are responsible for the original content, results, methods or issues associated with any article unless otherwise noted in the article. Opinions expressed in any article are the sole responsibility of the authors and/or publishers, and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or viewpoints of either Peer Resources or WABC unless otherwise noted in the article.

  • Strategic Alliances
    WABC forms strategic alliances with leading-edge experts, businesses and organizations that offer high levels of experience and expertise in desired disciplines bringing members further benefits. The relationship between WABC and its strategic allies is an alliance of mutual convenience only. Nothing herein is intended to create or imply a partnership, joint venture or similar relationship. WABC and our allies are independent parties, and neither of us may contract on behalf of the other or bind the other in any way. Neither WABC nor our allies will accept any responsibility for any actions or decisions of the other party.

No Personal Advice
The information contained in our Websites (including but not limited to information contained on message boards, in text files, in chats or in eCommunities) is provided for information purposes only. It is not intended to provide you with business or any other advice You should not rely on the Websites for any type of advice and, in particular, you should not act on or rely on the information without seeking appropriate professional advice. 

Consent to Transfer 
The Websites are Canadian-owned and are hosted on multiple servers in both Canada and the United States. All sensitive personal and identifying information is stored on the Canadian server. Basic information, such as names and email addresses, is sometimes stored on the United States server to facilitate a number of services, including but not limited to Members' Collection, eCommunities and Opportunities Alert! If you are located outside Canada or the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to Canada and the United States. By using our Websites, participating in any of our services and/or providing us with your information, you consent to this transfer.

Jurisdictional Issues
We control and operate our Websites from our worldwide headquarters in Canada. The Websites are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and of Canada, as applicable, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. All disputes, conflicts or claims arising out of or in connection with the Websites, or your use of them, will be submitted to arbitration or mediation according to the laws of the Province of British Columbia, and/or to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia. You submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia to finally determine any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with the Websites or the use of them. We make no representations about the appropriateness or availability of any materials or content on the Websites for use in any other jurisdictions. Users of our Websites in other jurisdictions are solely responsible for familiarizing themselves with and complying with any applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Miscellaneous
If any of the terms, conditions and policies contained in our Websites is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason whatsoever, that unenforceability or invalidity will not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining terms, conditions and policies of our Websites. Such an unenforceable or invalid term, condition or policy will be severable from the remainder of the terms, conditions and policies.

 

Privacy Policy

WABC Coaches Inc. (hereafter called "WABC") respects the privacy of our members and visitors to our Websites. We collect and store only the personally identifiable information that members and visitors voluntarily and knowingly provide.

Scope of Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to your use of any and all of the Websites, now, previously and/or to be owned or operated by WABC, its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies (collectively referred to in these Terms and Policies as the "Websites").

When You Browse Our Site–Anonymous

When you browse our Websites, WABC does not collect your personal information. We collect only aggregate data, such as the number of hits per page. We use this aggregate data to generate statistical reports for our marketing purposes.

When Visitors Subscribe–Limited Personal Information
Visitors to our Websites may choose to subscribe to our non-member communications and publications. Your name, email address and country will be registered with our database. You have the option to discontinue receiving our emails at any time.

When You Apply For Membership–Moderate Personal Information
When you apply for WABC membership, we gather personal and demographic information through an application process. Some information will be optional and some will be mandatory. If you are accepted as a member, your name, email address and/or phone number, city, state/province, country, membership category and credentials verification information may be used in WABC directories (WABC Coach Directory and WABC Member Look-up). Your name, email address and/or phone number, city, state/province, country and membership category may also be forwarded to other members who wish to connect with members in their area, and/or to WABC representatives conducting outreach. Additionally, we may use demographic information in aggregate form (without revealing any personally identifying information, including references from clients, coachees or training participants) to generate statistical reports for various purposes. These purposes include setting professional, practice and other types of standards; developing products and services; and marketing. For clarity, the demographic questions are identified throughout our applications. All other information remains strictly confidential. Any other WABC use of your information requires your permission. If you're not accepted as a member, we will destroy your application.

When You Participate in Polls and Surveys–Varying Degrees of Personal Information
When you decide to participate in our polls and surveys, you may be asked to give an email address. Any information we gather through these polls and surveys is for WABC use only, and may or may not be distributed. Before you participate, we will tell you the purpose of the poll or survey and how we will use the information.

We may also ask WABC members to participate in surveys designed to gather relevant personal information about members to help us better meet their needs and wants.

We often conduct polls and surveys using an online survey software called SurveyMonkey. This software is operated and hosted in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Websites, you consent to this transfer.

Updating Your Information
If you are a WABC member, you may access, review and manage much of your information from the Members' Center at any time. You may also ask us to update or correct your information. We will make the updates or corrections to the extent possible within the limitations of our databases and servers.

If you are a visitor, you may also review and update your information, have your name removed from our database or interrupt email notifications at any time by going to Update your subscriptions. For any other inquiries, please contact us directly. You may ask us to update or correct your information or remove your information from our database. Where possible, we will make the updates or corrections to the extent possible within the limitations of our databases and servers.

Release, Rental or Sale of Member or Visitor Identifying Information
WABC does not release, rent or sell member-identifying information to third parties for any reason, except in cases where members have opted to have their information listed on public viewing pages of our Websites, or have opted to be contacted by third parties. We do not permit any part of our online directories or email distribution lists to be reproduced or used for any reason by anyone. However, it is not possible to stop the reproduction of information contained in the public viewing pages of our Websites, and we do not attempt to do so.

Our Use of IP Addresses and Cookies
As a general policy, we do not track IP addresses. However, there may be times when we need such information to detect and correct server problems or unlawful activity against wabccoaches.com. WABC uses cookies only to facilitate automated activity, to store and track passwords and to review navigation patterns. We do not use cookies to disseminate significant information about users over the Internet or to analyze any information that users have knowingly or unknowingly provided. You may instruct your Internet browser to opt out of accepting cookies, but you may not have access to the full benefits of the Websites.

Our Links to Third-Party Sites
We link to external sites as a service to our members and visitors, and these sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security measures of these linked sites. Nor does the provision of a link constitute our endorsement of the information, products or services contained on the external site.

Your Comments and Feedback to Us
Any comment, feedback or information you voluntarily provide to us will be deemed as non-confidential unless you specifically stipulate that it should be confidential.

Lawful Disclosure
It may be necessary, if required by law or if pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations, to release your personally identifiable information.

 

Security Policy

Your continued use of our Websites after we have made changes signifies that you accept the changes, whether or not you have actually reviewed them.

Scope of Security Policy
This security policy applies to your use of any and all of the Websites, previously and/or to be owned or operated by WABC Coaches Inc., its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies (collectively referred to in these Terms and Policies as the "Websites").

Online Transaction Security
All of our online credit card transactions are handled through Beanstream, Canada's leading provider of secure online credit card processing. Beanstream is an accredited payment processor that uses SSL 128-bit encryption to protect personal information, such as your credit card number, during transmission. A security icon will appear in your browser window to indicate that you are using a secure site. Click on this icon to learn more about the security properties of this site.

In your browser, look for either or both of two security indicators: the "s" after "http" in the address line and the "closed lock" icon in the menu bar at the top:

These symbols assure you that you are in a secure environment and that any information transferred from that page will be encrypted or scrambled. WABC has no access to any of your credit card information when you make online payments. 

Online Application/Form Security
In addition, all our online applications and forms that collect any personally identifiable information use SSL 2048-bit RSA encryption, which is the current industry standard, to further protect your information over the Internet. 

Consent to Transfer

Security Measures
All information is protected with passwords that are changed randomly. WABC staff are screened, supervised professionals who have been trained to secure the privacy of passwords and information.

 

Use of Designations Policy

If possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes. However, it is your responsibility to check this designations policy regularly. Your continued use of our Websites after we have made changes signifies that you accept the changes, whether or not you have actually reviewed them.

Scope of Use of Designations Policy
This designations policy applies to your use of any and all of the Websites, now, previously and/or to be owned or operated by WABC Coaches Inc., its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies (collectively referred to in these Terms and Policies as the "Websites").

Conditions of Use of WABC Designations  
1. WABC members who hold any educational degrees, or any professional designations from organizations other than WABC, must have these credentials (now and in the future) verified by WABC if they wish to list them in any materials that display WABC trademarks (e.g., WABC name, logo, designations). This requirement applies to members' own materials (e.g., marketing and promotional material, résumés, business cards, website, email signature block) that contain WABC trademarks as well as to WABC materials (e.g., website, member correspondence). WABC's Credential Verification Requirements (see Other Terms, Policies and Guidelines below) provides full details regarding how to have credentials verified.

2. When listing a WABC designation in full, list it as follows: Chartered Business Coach™, WABC Certified Master Business Coach™, WABC Certified Business Coach™, Certified Business Coach, Certified Executive Coach, Registered Corporate Coach™, Registered Internal Corporate Coach™, WABC Accredited Candidate (Level 1 - RCC)™, WABC Accredited Candidate (Level 2 - CBC)™, WABC Accredited Candidate (Level 3 - CMBC)™, WABC Accredited Candidate (Level 4 - ChBC)™, WABC Accredited (Level 1 - RCC)™, WABC Accredited (Level 2 - CBC)™, WABC Accredited (Level 3 - CMBC)™ and WABC Accredited (Level 4 - ChBC)™.

When listing the corresponding designation as initials, list it without periods as follows: ChBC™, CMBC™, CBC, CBC, CEC, RCC™, RICC™ Note: You may only use the optional and applicable WABC Accredited Candidate status if you have informed WABC of your intention to publicize your program as a candidate. 

3. You are not required to place the "™" designation after each use of a WABC trademark, whether in printed materials or online. For printed materials, you should put a disclaimer at the bottom of the first page of the material, listing the WABC trademarks you are using and stating that WABC trademarks are trademarks of WABC Coaches, Inc. When using WABC trademarks online, you should place the foregoing disclaimer at the bottom of the home page of your website. 

4. When used on any approved materials, the WABC logo trademark must appear exactly as provided to you by WABC and must conform to our Logos Guidelines--Online and Print.

5. WABC (and former NABC) designations remain on permanent file regardless of a member's status or standing (this is for demographic and reporting purposes). These designations appear by their full names in our mandatory online WABC Member Look-up directory of all members in good standing. If you include yourself in our optional self-serve WABC Coach Directory, you may elect to list the applicable titles or initials corresponding to the designations.

 

Copyright Policy

Scope of Copyright Policy

Trademarks and Logo Use Policy

Your Agreement
WABC Coaches Inc. (hereafter called "WABC") reserves the right to change this trademarks and logo use policy at any time, and solely at our discretion. If possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes. However, it is your responsibility to check this trademarks and logo use policy regularly. Your continued use of our Websites after we have made changes signifies that you accept the changes, whether or not you have actually reviewed them.

Scope of Trademarks and Logo Use Policy
This trademarks and logo use policy applies to your use of any and all of the Websites, now, previously and/or to be owned or operated by WABC Coaches Inc., its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies (collectively referred to in these Terms and Policies as the "Websites").

Our Trademarks and Logos 
WABC Coaches Inc., a privately held corporation duly incorporated under the laws of Canada, is the owner of numerous trademarks both registered and unregistered, including without limitation the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, WABC, the WABC logo, WABC Full Member, WABC Affiliate Member, Business Coaching Worldwide, BCW, Chartered Business Coach, ChBC, WABC Certified Master Business Coach, CMBC, WABC Certified Business Coach, Certified Business Coach, CBC, Certified Executive Coach, CEC, Registered Corporate Coach, RCC, Registered Internal Corporate Coach, RICC, WABC Accredited Candidate, WABC Accredited (Practitioner Level), WABC Accredited (Master Level), WABC Accredited (Chartered Level), WABC Accredited (Level 1 - RCC), WABC Accredited (Level 2 - CBC), WABC Accredited (Level 3 - CMBC) and WABC Accredited (Level 4 - ChBC).

Collectively, these marks are referred in these Terms and Policies as the "WABC trademarks."

Conditions of Use of WABC Trademarks
1. WABC members who hold educational degrees, or professional designations from organizations other than WABC, must have these credentials (now and in the future) verified by WABC if they wish to list them in any materials that display WABC trademarks (e.g., WABC name, logo, designations). This requirement applies to members' own materials (e.g., marketing and promotional material, résumés, business cards, website, email signature block) that contain WABC trademarks as well as to WABC materials (e.g., website, member correspondence). WABC's Credential Verification Requirements (see Other Terms, Policies and Guidelines below) provides full details regarding how to have credentials verified.

2. You must reproduce the WABC trademarks as received from WABC, without alteration except for overall sizing. You may not use the trademarks within or as a part of any other symbol or mark.

3. The WABC trademarks can be used by members, strategic allies and WABC Accredited programs. Qualified others may also use our WABC trademarks with our permission.

4. When used on any approved materials, the WABC logo trademark must appear exactly as we provided it to you and must conform to the WABC Logos and Guidelines--Online and Print.

5. You may not use the WABC trademarks as part of the sale or manufacture of goods without written authorization from us.

6. Use of the WABC trademarks on the World Wide Web or other electronic service requires linking to our Websites.

7. We may withdraw permission to use the WABC trademarks at any time.

8. Members who misuse the WABC trademarks violate the terms of WABC membership and could have their membership terminated.

9. We provide the WABC trademarks only as a graphical representation to promote WABC and/or to indicate that you are a member, strategic alliance or WABC Accredited program. Use of the WABC trademarks in no way indicates that we sponsor or endorse the content of any of your materials that the WABC trademarks appear on.

10. You are not permitted to use the WABC trademarks to disparage WABC, its members, strategic allies, WABC Accredited programs or its promotional goods.

11. You cannot copy or imitate any part of our promotional materials or the WABC trademarks in any of your materials, including advertising, product packaging or promotional materials, without our prior approval.

12. You are not required to place the "™" designation after each use of a WABC trademark, whether in printed materials or online. For printed materials, you should put a disclaimer at the bottom of the first page of each material, listing the WABC trademarks you are using and stating that WABC trademarks are trademarks of WABC Coaches Inc. When using WABC trademarks online, you should place the foregoing disclaimer at the bottom of the home page of your website.

13. Any materials previously produced that are in your possession and do not meet the requirements may be distributed until your supplies are exhausted. However, any new materials that you produce and/or distribute must conform to the requirements in this policy and guidelines. If the WABC logo currently appears on your website, you must make its use conform to these requirements within fourteen (14) business days of being accepted as a WABC member.

Cancellation of Authorization to Use WABC Trademarks
We reserve the right to review the use of our WABC trademarks at any time and from time to time. Anyone who disregards these policies and guidelines may have the right to use the WABC trademarks revoked.

Compliance
Any members, strategic allies, WABC Accredited programs (and qualified others who receive permission from WABC) who are found to be improperly using our WABC trademarks, or using any outdated or unapproved WABC trademarks, must correct any deficiencies in the use of these WABC trademarks upon reasonable notice from us. Anyone who refuses to correct such deficiencies within a reasonable set time will have the right to use our WABC trademarks revoked. Continued disregard for these policies and guidelines will result in WABC membership being revoked. We reserve the right to enforce any and all of our legal rights with respect to the WABC trademarks.

Our Websites use Arial as their primary font.

Screen Resolution
Our Websites can be viewed on all screen resolutions; however, 800x600 or 1024x768 is recommended. Additionally, your browser window should be maximized. Your screen resolution is configurable in your computer control panel. If you are running Windows, right click on your Desktop and click on "Properties." Select the "Settings" tab on the top of the window. You will see the "Screen Resolution" area where you can change your resolution.
