Credentials for Trainers of Business Coaches
The mark of distinction for business coach training providers™
WABC Accredited® is the first and only international accreditation that is designed exclusively for business coach trainers, built around business coaching competencies and conferred by a business coach association. To become WABC Accredited, a training program has to undergo rigorous independent assessment and regular re-evaluation.

WABC's accreditation designations set the highest standards for international business coaching. The programs awarded this distinction, whether at the Practitioner, Master or Chartered level, meet the highest international standards for the professional development of business coaches.

WABC Launches New Level of Program Accreditation New
This level of accreditation is for programs between 70 - 150 total learning hours that develop the practice elements of business coaching and is for participants with limited previous experience with formal focused training in coaching skills or with some experience that they wish to consolidate fully with best practice. Candidates for this level of program are:
  • Senior managers wishing to engage with leadership coaching, those moving to a development role within their organization or to freelance work as a business coach, or
  • Internal coaches developing their practice, or
  • External consultants wishing to enhance their coaching offer. These external consultants will often be operating within specific industries or disciplines (e.g., IT, business development) and to a fixed agenda that's directly related to business outcomes
Graduates of these programs will be eligible to receive WABC's Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™) designation.

Status of this New Level of Accreditation
WABC conducted a thorough research project earlier this year and is now piloting this new level of program accreditation.
