Submission Guidelines--By Section Feature Articles (1000–1500 words) We're looking for articles, summaries and reviews on business and business coaching issues. Content should be leading-edge and relevant to business coaches and their clients.
Success Stories (from WABC Full Members only) (750–1000 words) We're looking for success stories about external or internal coaching. We value diversity--stories that profile different countries, different sized enterprises (small, medium, large) and different sectors (public, private, nonprofit). Because we aim to highlight the organization as well as the coach, you'll need to involve your client or organization and get permission to share their full name. We welcome direct quotes from your client in the story.
If your success story is selected, you'll get extra recognition beyond publication in Business Coaching Worldwide:
- An executive summary of your story profiled on WABC's home page for four months
- Your story included for an indefinite period in WABC's Success Stories, one of our most frequently visited web pages
Get the Edge (500–1000 words) We're looking for submissions on any of these topics:
- Coaching models: Which patterns and descriptions of the “what” and “how” of coaching have you used with clients or employees to structure your approach?
- Coaching tools, tips and best practices: Which tools and methods lead to success with clients?
- Top technology resources: Which technology tools have made a difference in your coaching or your business?
- The coaching frontier: What are the new findings and new directions in business coaching?
- Building business: What helps you to find and retain clients? How do you take your business to the next level?
Please include these details: the tool, resource or method used; when and how it's used; what the results are.
Hot Topics (500–1000 words) We're looking for submissions on topics that reflect the concerns and issues facing business coaches and their clients.
Columns (500–1000 words per issue) We rotate our columns periodically to give our readers in-depth information about a variety of subjects relevant to business coaches and their clients. If you have an idea for a column, please contact the BCW Editor.
Letters to the Editor (maximum 150 words) We're looking for dialogue and debate on issues relevant to our readers, especially in response to content in Business Coaching Worldwide.
How to Submit Fill out the appropriate submission form, include your article or letter in it, then email the submission to the BCW Editor. Detailed instructions are given on each form.
Article and Letter Acceptance Submitting an article or letter does not lead to automatic publication in Business Coaching Worldwide. The Publisher, through its authorized representative, the BCW Editor, reserves the right to accept or reject any submission.
