Academia Interamericana de Coaching in México (AIAC) invites the Worldwide Coaching Community to participate in an unprecedented event held in Latin America.

On behalf of Enrique López de los Ríos and the Academia Interamericana de Coaching in México, we would like to invite the Worldwide Coaching Community to participate in an unprecedented event held in Latin America. On October 16th, some of the best coaches in México will present their most successful cases within some of the main enterprises in Mexico and Latin America, such as Bimbo, Monsanto, BBVA Bancomer, Colgate Palmolive, Tupperware, Diageo International and MABE. This event is being organized by the Mexican Association of Coaching.

During the event, many Latin American coaching associations will gather to ratify an agreement of collaboration, which was signed during the Argentinean Congress of Coaching celebrated last August. One of the first topics that the associations will address will be the Dublin Declaration, written at the Global Convention on Coaching. (The document has been translated into Spanish so that attending associations can learn about the important work of those who gathered at the Convention.)

The following two days, the founders of the International Coaching Community (ICC), Joseph O´Connor and Andrea Lages, as well as ICC trainers from countries such as Colombia, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Panama, Chile, Venezuela and México will present their theories, models and success cases. Finally, on November 7th, the Academia Interamericana de Coaching is bringing Marshall Goldsmith to México to talk about his best-selling book What Got You Here Won’t Get You There. We are expecting the highest attendance of any coaching event ever held in Latin America.

We hope you can join us to learn some of the best coaching practices and theories worldwide in an event without precedent in México and Latin America. For further information please visit www.icc-aiac.com.
