2003-07 Ambassador Program
Our Ambassador Program aligns with our 5th core value: Exemplary membership care and service. To live this value, we're committed to being a high-quality touch (personalized and individualized service), high-quality inform (timely communication and relevant information) and high-quality active (membership participation and leadership opportunities) Association.

Our pilot program ran from October 1, 2003 until March 31, 2004. This program is intended to assist WABC in recruitment of new members, retention of existing members and education of the marketplace about WABC and business coaching. We thank our chair, Lyn Christian (USA), ambassadors, David Utts (USA), Freddie Ray (USA), Richard Tafel (USA) and Sylva Leduc, and our assistant, Sara Hurd (USA) for their contributions.

We thank Anita Pathik Law (USA), Anne Power (USA), Barbara Clegg (USA), Christina Madrid (USA) and Jeffrey Krug (USA) and  for their contributions.

One key learning in 2006 was how many members simply weren't aware of the wide array of WABC benefits available. From April to August 2007 we offered WABC Member Orientation Telecalls. We discovered that this method of reaching out to members wasn't popular and we'll continue to strive to find new and more effective ways to educate our members about all that WABC has to offer. We thank Anita Pathik Law (USA) for her contributions.
